Students will launch the project by exploring hands-on RIASEC-style discovery stations, naming early patterns in their interests and strengths, and beginning an investigation notebook entry with drawings, labels, and questions they want to explore about themselves, their families, and future jobs.

Students will investigate their own interests, strengths, and family connections through hands-on stations, shared discussion, and simple evidence tools. They will ask questions, notice patterns, form a possible job-match idea using RIASEC picture language, and create a clear plan for what evidence they will collect next.

Students will collect evidence from read-alouds, family stories, and community career sharing, then document what they notice about interests, strengths, family roles, and possible jobs using drawings, labels, oral language, and simple RIASEC words. They will organize their notes in their Career Investigation Notebook, check whether their evidence is clear and traceable, and revise entries after peer and teacher feedback before moving into analysis.

Students will sort and analyze evidence from their notebooks, choose one future job that fits their interests and strengths, create and revise an All About Me Career Museum mini poster, rehearse with peers, and complete a teacher-checked presentation practice before the museum night.

Students will present their All About Me Career Museum mini posters to families and classmates, explain how their evidence connects to a future job using simple RIASEC words, and finish the project with a short reflection circle about what they learned about themselves.
