Launch
Students will experience the project hook through quick wellness stations, co-build respectful circle norms with the counselor, respond to the driving question, and begin the class mural of evidence with one academic growth hope and one wellness habit that can help classmates feel seen, included, and cared for.
Day 1
Research & Empathy
Students will gather empathy evidence from counselor-led circles, partner interviews, and brief observation of school wellness habits; organize that evidence into patterns about what helps classmates feel seen, included, and cared for; and use those findings to draft a clear How Might We statement and a revised mural entry that can guide later prototype work.
Days 2 - 5
Prototype & Validate
Students will turn empathy findings into quick wellness-message and routine prototypes, test them with classmates and the school counselor, revise using evidence from peer and counselor feedback, and document how their ideas better help classmates feel seen, included, and cared for.
Days 6 - 9
Showcase
Students will present their final wellness messages and class evidence to guests, participate in a counselor-led closing circle, and contribute a final revised entry to the commitment wall showing how their class can help people feel seen, included, and cared for.
