Students will launch the inquiry by sequencing events, defending cause-and-effect reasoning, and identifying how plot choices shape meaning. They will leave class with an initial question for investigation, a rough storyboard frame, and a clear understanding of the week’s storyboard challenge and feedback cycle.

Students will investigate how plot choices create meaning by testing cause-and-effect chains, designing a text-analysis method, and drafting a storyboard outline that links sequence, consequences, and theme.

Students will present their completed 6–8 panel storyboard narratives to an authentic audience, participate in a sticky-note gallery walk focused on cause-and-effect clarity, revise one section in response to feedback, and close with a partner debrief about one plot decision, one challenge, and one revision.
