Participants will launch the inquiry through a mentor-supported networking forum, capture transferable ISD practices from peers, reflect on leadership implications, and co-create an initial forum board entry that sets up later critique, revision, and showcase work.

Participants will conduct mentor-supported peer interviews, capture evidence about district strengths and leadership practices, synthesize patterns into an empathy artifact and draft How Might We statement, then refine a concise forum-board contribution through gallery feedback and revision.

Participants will present and refine a collaborative forum board that captures district strengths, transferable practices, improvement goals, and relationship-building next steps; engage superintendent mentors and peers in a gallery-style critique; and close with a concise roundtable that names one practice to keep, one leadership habit to adjust, and one relationship to strengthen.
