🤝 Mentor Networking Capture Cards

Using a fast-paced protocol co-designed with the executive facilitation partner, participants complete three paired networking rounds anchored by the question of how superintendents learn from one another to improve ISD impact. In each round, partners exchange one standout ISD quality, one practical district example, and one leadership challenge while superintendent mentors circulate and prompt equitable talk moves, paraphrasing, and clarifying questions. After each rotation, participants take a two-minute silent pause to record evidence on a Leadership Capture Card: one peer practice, one transferable strategy, one personal leadership strength, and one possible district next step.
