🤝 Mentor Networking Empathy Map

Using a facilitation protocol co-supported by superintendent mentors and the executive facilitation partner, participants complete three fast peer networking rounds and a table synthesis. After each rotation, they take two minutes of silent note-making on a leadership capture card to record a standout ISD quality, a transferable practice, a tension or constraint, and one next step for their district. Small groups then cluster notes into an empathy artifact with four headings—observations, needs, assumptions, and tensions—and draft one How Might We statement plus success measures for a 45-minute inclusion activity.
