🧩 What We Learned Forum
Small groups finalize and exhibit their What We Learned From Each Other forum board using capture cards, sticky notes, and a shared display surface. Each group gives a 60-second share-out to superintendent mentors and the executive facilitation partner that names one standout ISD quality, one practical district example, and one improvement goal grounded in earlier networking evidence. Participants then post an individual keep-adjust-strengthen note, walk the room, give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise their own note before the closing roundtable. The session ends with mentor-supported table roundtables and a brief whole-room share of what participants learned from each other, linking a practical ISD example to a personal leadership insight and a relationship they want to strengthen.
