Products

Students will craft multimedia memoirs that incorporate digital storytelling elements such as podcasts, digital essays, or video narratives. Each student's project will be linked to an interactive storytelling map, where QR codes offer access to extended media content, allowing for exploration of their personal journey. These storytelling products will be exhibited in a 'Storytelling Museum,' showcasing their work as dynamic and interactive experiences.

Launch

Kickstart the lesson with a 'Storyteller's Picnic,' where students gather outdoors and share personal anecdotes or memorable experiences related to food or recipes. Encourage them to bring an item that represents a cherished memory, using it as a prompt to weave a narrative. In small groups, students will discuss the narrative structures they observe and collaboratively explore how different perspectives can be integrated into compelling stories.

Exhibition

Students will curate a 'Storytelling Museum' where their digital essays and narratives are showcased to the school community. Each exhibit will feature interactive elements, allowing visitors to engage with the stories via QR codes linked to multimedia content. The museum experience invites attendees to explore different memoirs and share reflections, promoting discussion and appreciation of diverse life journeys and storytelling techniques.
