How this Plan uses your files

All 15 source lessons are retained in sequence; each five-lesson set is compressed into four class periods through paired rotations and cross-subject preparation, with Patient Care providing exhibit work time. Procedures are shortened to safe simulations, so broad tasks receive less depth while Launch and Showcase remain protected.

Launch
Students will investigate how healthcare, history, anatomy, patient care, and advocacy intersect, then establish a team pacing guide and initial design direction for an interactive Exhibition Night station.

Synthesize & Ideate
Students will safely carry out five source-based medical simulations, synthesize historical, anatomical, clinical, and stakeholder evidence, and use that evidence to define an exhibition design challenge. Teams will generate three substantially different concepts, gather peer feedback, select a concept through an evidence-based decision process, and produce a design brief and 15-day interdisciplinary pacing guide for the prototype phase.

Prototype & Revise
Students will conduct five safe clinical simulations, transfer cross-disciplinary evidence into a low-fidelity exhibition station, and complete two documented revision cycles. Teams will test first with classmates and then with a medical professional or representative community user before completing validation, rehearsal, and individual self-assessment.
