Students will be able to ask and record questions about how space exploration has changed what people know and use those ideas to guide investigation.
Students will be able to compare photographs, artifacts, and timeline cards from long ago and today to describe how space exploration has changed over time.
Students will be able to gather information from museum or science center stations and class models about rockets, astronaut gear, satellites, GPS maps, and Earth images from space.
Students will be able to explain how space exploration affects daily life on Earth using evidence from observations, drawings, and shared discussion.
Students will be able to design, test, and improve a simple model or display piece that shows a space discovery clearly.
Students will be able to communicate their findings with peers, families, and community partners through labeled drawings, oral or audio responses, and exhibit boards.
