Prototype
Prototype
Students will build and revise a testable version of their Rounding Marketplace booth, using place value understanding to correctly round prices to the nearest 10 or 100. They will document feedback from users, make evidence-based revisions, and prepare a higher-fidelity prototype for final testing and presentation.
Test/Present
Test/Present
Students will validate their Rounding Marketplace booths with authentic users and present their full design journey during the Number Neighborhood exhibition, demonstrating how place value understanding and rounding to the nearest 10 or 100 supports better real-life decisions.
