You will synthesize your research and insights from initial interviews done during the Empathize phase to craft a detailed problem statement that outlines the unique aspects and educational philosophy of senior projects at High Tech High Chula Vista, ensuring it serves as the foundation for your documentary narrative.
Days 4 - 6
Ideate
You will brainstorm diverse ideas for showcasing the senior projects effectively, utilizing creative techniques through collaborative sessions with peers, and tap into community partner insights to propose unique documentary approaches.
Days 7 - 10
Prototype
You will create initial documentary footage drafts, gather peer and mentor feedback through focused critique sessions, and refine your videography and editing techniques to develop a polished testable version of your documentary showcasing the senior projects.
Days 11 - 15
Test/Present
You will conduct final user testing with community partners to gather feedback, present your polished documentary to stakeholders including peers and educators, engage in reflective discussions to assess your project's impact, and exhibit your work, showcasing how it addresses the educational philosophy at HTHCV.
