Students will collaboratively brainstorm and formulate open-ended questions about historical and current international relations, using library resources and peer discussions to guide their inquiry and set the foundation for their research phase.

Students will conduct in-depth research on historical international laws, alliances, and conflicts using diverse resources, including library archives and interviews, to gather evidence and perspectives that will inform their understanding and creation of policy briefs, podcasts, or discussions in later phases.

Students will synthesize their research findings to create detailed policy briefs or multimedia presentations that propose innovative solutions to contemporary international relations challenges, preparing these for peer review and feedback before the next phase.

Students will present their historical analyses and policy recommendations through interactive discussions, multimedia presentations, and collaborative feedback sessions with peers and community partners to refine their understanding of international relations and prepare for public exhibitions and reflective activities.

Students will engage in reflective journaling to consider the outcomes of their projects, participate in peer discussions to gather diverse perspectives on what worked and what could be improved, and identify new questions that emerged, preparing insights for a library discussion and refining their presentations for public sharing.

Students will synthesize their learning by creating a policy brief, video, or podcast to present their analysis of historical and current international relations, then engage their community by leading a discussion at a local library, demonstrating how they can apply their understanding to real-world contexts.
