Students will launch the investigation by gathering evidence from a library read-aloud, family photographs, cultural objects, and stories, then recording and comparing winter traditions.

Students will create, critique, and revise a source-based group poster about a winter holiday tradition.

Students will present their group posters in a school Winter Traditions Gallery, use audience feedback to strengthen their explanations, and reflect on similarities and differences among family traditions.
