Habit Investigation Notebook

A research notebook that documents the student's question, source notes from Atomic Habits and related materials, tracking data, reflection entries, and analysis of what the evidence shows about their personal habit experiment. This product proves individual mastery of inquiry, evidence collection, and interpretation.

Future Self Showcase Investigation Presentation

A team presentation that synthesizes members' individual habit investigations into one evidence-based explanation of what supported or hindered habit change. The presentation must include methodology, visuals, findings, limitations, and new questions, and it must depend on each member's data and analysis.
