Launch
Students will launch the off-campus adventure project by building a quick first-pass outing plan from real maps, transit schedules, and fare information, then use peer critique and journaling to identify what makes a plan realistic, safe, and connected to user needs.
Day 1
Plan & Prototype
Students will turn early outing ideas into testable route prototypes, check them against real constraints, gather feedback from peers, and document revisions that improve clarity, realism, and safety.
Day 2
Showcase
Students will present their completed first-flight outing proposal packets and planning boards to invited guests, explain how route, budget, schedule, and safety decisions were shaped by evidence and feedback, and complete a final reflection circle about what they learned and can now do independently.
