Teams synthesize interview evidence and historical research into a one-page design brief with an audience statement, a historically focused problem statement, one essential question, and 2-3 possible game directions. Teams then give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise their brief for clarity and user fit before a teacher checkpoint. This brief becomes the gate for moving into prototype work.
