Students complete an investigation record with their research question, source notes, evidence sorter, and individual analysis of how one Kentucky governor affected daily life. The notebook shows how the student gathered and evaluated evidence before creating the final presentation.

Teams create a 2–3 minute slideshow that explains how a Kentucky governor shaped daily life through one policy, one decision, and one public service example. The presentation must include visuals, citations, a shared conclusion, and responses to audience questions using evidence from each member's research.
