Launch
Students will launch the project by examining real Rise artifacts, hearing from school leaders, and generating early ideas about what incoming scholars need in order to feel welcomed, informed, and ready to lead. They will leave the launch with a shared understanding of the design challenge and one team concept to carry into user research.
