📋 Concept Scorecard and Revision

Students use a weighted decision matrix to compare their three concepts against criteria drawn from research and production realities: audience need, clarity of story, feasibility in the remaining timeline, access to LRC tools, and stylistic fit. In pairs, students conduct a structured conference to challenge assumptions, flag weak evidence, and identify tradeoffs. Students revise their design brief and concept rationale, then select one direction to carry into prototyping.
