🗂️ Affinity Clusters and Empathy Boards

Collaboration Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Effective Communication Self Directed Learning MA:Pr4.1.ii MA:Pr4.1.iii MA:Cr3.1.iii.a MA:Cr1.1.iii Submission Required

Students sort their research evidence into affinity clusters using sticky notes or a digital board, then draft an empathy artifact that includes patterns, a persona, a short user journey map, and a preliminary user-centered problem statement. Midway through the session, students give feedback to 2 peers, receive feedback, and revise their boards for stronger evidence links and clearer audience needs. The teacher confers just in time on synthesis moves, distinguishing what users said from what the evidence suggests.
