They prioritize the top three changes to make to their wellness message, data display, and audience interaction, then complete a short video reflection explaining one focus, mood, or stress strategy they tested and how new evidence changed or confirmed their claim. The teacher checks each team’s plan as a milestone gate before they move into the final notice-and-reflect phase.
