Students rotate through two short task rounds: one in a loud, chaotic setup and one in a calm setup, while tracking perceived stress, focus, mood, and pulse on a simple class data sheet. The class debriefs patterns they notice across nervous, circulatory, and digestive system responses, then sorts sample teen health claims into trust, question, or need evidence using sticky notes. Students end by writing one first-draft claim and one question they want to investigate about what helps seventh graders feel, focus, and function well.
