📋 Midpoint Measurement Check

Students complete a teacher conference checkpoint using one selected journal page and one class-table contribution to show that their measurements can be followed by another reader. They explain how they measured pulse and breathing, point to where they recorded before and after results, and fix any unclear or missing information during the conference. Students who meet the checkpoint organize pages in order for later graphing; students who need more support revise with a teacher-guided model and recheck.
