📋 Rough-Cut Gate Review

Teams present a revised low-fidelity sequence package that includes their selected intro, full 3-minute storyboard or paper edit, audio outline, and evidence tracker showing how user feedback changed the concept. Using the weekly rough-cut review rubric, peers and the teacher identify one strong moment, one confusing moment, and one next step for the video and the group process. Teams revise once more during class, then submit the package as a milestone gate for moving into full production planning.
