🖼️ Portrait Gallery of Power

Students set up their final frozen portrait pose with a title card and any simple costume pieces or props, then rotate through a fast peer critique circle. Each student gives feedback to 2 peers using the two-glow, one-grow protocol focused on color, clothing, pose, setting, and social hierarchy; each student receives feedback, revises their pose or title card, and does a second brief check with a nearby peer before the showcase begins. The room then runs as a gallery where classmates and invited viewers decode portraits, and each student delivers a one-minute oral explanation connecting specific visual clues to Middle Ages roles and ideas seen in works by Rafael Sanzio and related portrait artists.
