🔍 HMW Peer Critique Protocol

Teams exchange their HMW posters and conduct a structured critique. Each team gives feedback to 2 peers, checking whether the problem is grounded in user evidence and appropriately scoped. Teams receive written feedback, revise their HMW statement, and submit a final version with a 1-paragraph rationale citing interview quotes and speed data. This serves as the milestone gate to move into ideation.
