🧠 Empathy Maps & Assumption Check

Individually, students create an empathy map (Says, Thinks, Does, Feels) for one interviewed stakeholder using direct quotes and observations. Students then list three initial assumptions they had before interviews and compare them to actual evidence gathered. Completed empathy maps are compiled into each student’s digital design dossier.
