Purpose

The retreat's purpose is to create a transformative space for leaders to pause, reflect, and realign with their core values and long-term vision. It offers a chance to step back from daily pressures, fostering deeper self-awareness and strategic clarity. Through meaningful dialogue and personal reflection, leaders can uncover patterns and assumptions that impact their leadership, ultimately returning with renewed clarity and grounded decision-making capabilities.

Learning goals

Participants will enhance self-awareness and leadership presence, leading to more grounded decision-making and emotional regulation. They will strengthen team leadership and relational effectiveness, fostering improved trust and communication within teams. The retreat will support strategic clarity at critical pivot points, enabling thoughtful long-range decisions. Participants will cultivate sustainable leadership practices, increasing resilience and professional longevity. Additionally, they will build a high-trust peer cohort for ongoing reflection and shared problem-solving.

Products

Participants will create a personal leadership manifesto and strategic action plan, reflecting their renewed vision and priorities. They will also develop a presentation for the final evening circle discussion, articulating their personal growth and insights. Additionally, a collaborative group reflection document will capture shared learnings and future commitments.

Launch

Begin the retreat with a welcome gathering at the local villa in Spain, where participants share a meal and engage in a circle discussion to set intentions and connect with each other. Introduce the essential question, "If you remember who you are, what will you become?" to prompt initial reflections. Follow this with a guided meditation session to ground participants and open space for deeper introspection.

Exhibition

On the last evening, participants will gather for a circle discussion where they will share personal insights and transformations from the retreat. Each leader will articulate how they have reconnected with their core values and how this will influence their leadership moving forward. This intimate setting encourages authentic storytelling and provides a supportive space for leaders to express their renewed clarity and strategic pivots.
