🌅 Closing Circle: Design Journey & Transformation

During the final evening circle at the villa, participants present their collective Leadership Practice Lab and individual pivots to invited stakeholders (co-facilitator JoJo, project planner Deonna, villa partner, and guest leaders). Each participant speaks to how their understanding of themselves as a leader evolved, referencing specific empathy evidence, feedback moments, and strategic decisions. The cohort presents the shared design brief, demonstrates the refined prototype, and names two structures for ongoing peer consultation beyond the retreat. The evening concludes with a facilitated group reflection on the essential question and documented commitments for continued collaboration.
