🛠 Iteration Log & Portfolio Finalization

Individually, participants update their Leadership Pivot Portfolio to include the final testing data, a comparison between Prototype Version 1 and Version 2, and a brief reflection on what changed and why. The cohort then makes final refinements to the shared Design Brief and service blueprint, explicitly tracing adjustments to user evidence. Participants prepare a concise design narrative for the evening circle: user insight → reframed problem → divergent concepts → iteration decisions → remaining risks and next tests.
