🔁 Final Prototype Test with New Leaders

The cohort facilitates their refined Leadership Practice Lab (e.g., peer-advisory protocol, sustainable leadership rhythm blueprint, or conflict navigation structure) with at least one invited leader who has not previously experienced the prototype (e.g., villa partner, local founder, or professional peer joining virtually). The session is run in real time, observed by cohort members who document direct quotes, moments of friction, emotional responses, and points of clarity. Immediately afterward, participants conduct a 30-minute structured debrief interview with the new user focused on usefulness, clarity, emotional impact, and transferability to their organization.
