🌿 Peer Leadership Interviews in Nature

Participants conduct two 45-minute walking interviews with different cohort members in nature settings (beach, garden, trails). Each interview is recorded (audio) and accompanied by handwritten notes capturing quotes, emotional cues, and contextual observations. Interviewers focus on understanding lived decision contexts rather than offering solutions.
