🔁 Iteration Log & Refined Prototype

Participants select one concept to advance and create a higher-fidelity prototype (e.g., structured facilitation guide, redesigned calendar system, service blueprint, or decision-making flowchart). They complete a formal iteration log documenting: what was tested, who tested it, exact feedback received, what changed, and why. Before finalizing, each participant engages in a structured peer feedback round—giving feedback to 2 peers, receiving feedback, and revising once more. The revised prototype and iteration log are compiled into the Leadership Pivot Portfolio.
