🛠 Rapid Leadership Practice Prototypes

Participants build two low-fidelity prototypes of their chosen leadership practice (e.g., redesigned decision protocol, meeting architecture, coaching cadence, conflict script, or strategic planning template) using paper templates, whiteboards, role-play scripts, or simple digital mockups. Each prototype must be built in under 45 minutes and explicitly reference quotes from earlier peer interviews. Participants then conduct brief walkthroughs with 2 peers, capturing real-time reactions, clarifying questions, and points of confusion.
