My Stress and Calm Mini-Booklet

Each student creates a small booklet showing stress vocabulary, a personal emotion graph, body signals noticed during competition, and three calming strategies. The booklet proves individual understanding of stress and how to manage it in healthy ways.

Healthy Competition Class Booklet and Peaceful Expo Poster

The class co-creates a booklet and display poster that explain healthy competition, summarize class stress data, and share calming strategies for an authentic audience. The final piece connects student evidence and revised ideas into one shared message about balance and well-being.
