Products
Feelings and Energy Calendar with Sleep and Activity Reflections
Students complete a personal calendar that shows their sleep, activity, mood, and energy across the project weeks. They add short reflections that explain how healthy habits affect how they feel and learn.
Wellness Fair Poster and Healthy Habit Presentation
Small groups create and present a poster that teaches one set of healthy habits, such as sleep, exercise, nutrition, or relationships. The team product includes shared advice, examples, and a short explanation of how these habits support well-being and learning.
