Create Empathy and Journey Maps

Using notes from the empathy walk and any short interviews, teams produce empathy maps and journey maps. They compile interview notes (minimum 3) and observation notes, then synthesize user insights to inform the next design steps. A brief, student-led reflection summarizes learning for the class.
