Usability Testing with Local Community Members

Invite 4–6 local community members to perform 3 tasks on the live site (find the nearest resource, view a business listing, and see contact details). Observe, prompt think-aloud, and collect feedback on navigation, accessibility, and accuracy; document issues and plan changes for Day 18.
