Training Research Notebook

A weekly investigation record that captures my question, baseline measures, program decisions, raw data, research notes, and reflections. It will show how I used evidence to adjust my training over 5 weeks.

Training Analysis Portfolio and Exhibition Clip

A final individual portfolio with data visualizations, before-and-after comparisons, research summaries, and a short video montage of technique and progress. It will present findings, explain limitations, and defend which training methods were most effective.
