Students will explore community needs, identify connections to school change, and articulate the significance of their upcoming ambassador program by brainstorming impactful contributions through collaborative discussions.

Students will investigate community perceptions through surveys and interviews to identify key areas for building relationships and tailoring the ambassador program, fostering self-reflection and collaborative discussion skills.

Students will collaboratively design effective orientation programs that engage 8th graders and parents, build ambassador training modules, and establish partnerships to mobilize community support for the Portrait of a Learner system.

Students will implement the ambassador program solutions by conducting the 8th grade orientation, parent orientation, and ambassador training, while collecting qualitative and quantitative data on the effectiveness of these events to refine strategies and enhance community understanding of the new school approach.

Students will present their ambassador program to peers, parents, and community members through interactive sessions where they share their personal growth, receive feedback, and collaboratively reflect on their journey and its impact, ensuring alignment with their collaborative skills and real-world challenges addressed throughout the project.
