The Challenge

Many community members struggle to grasp the value and necessity of transitioning to a competency-based educational system. This change poses challenges in fostering a collective understanding and support, as it requires students to effectively communicate their experiences and insights to diverse stakeholders. Identifying these barriers is crucial for achieving community mobilization and garnering widespread acceptance and collaboration.

How can students effectively communicate the benefits and approaches of the Portrait of a Learner system to various community stakeholders, thereby fostering community mobilization and engagement?
