Lowrider Design Portfolio and Cultural Narrative
Each student creates a portfolio showing their lowrider model measurements, shape choices, and motion test data, plus a narrative about lowrider culture in Sacramento. The portfolio demonstrates individual mastery of science, math, and writing through a polished final piece.
Collaborative Moving Lowrider Model with Exhibition Presentation
Teams design, build, test, and refine a moving lowrider model for exhibition night. The presentation explains how the model moves, shows evidence from testing, and shares the cultural significance of lowriders in the Sacramento community.
