Preparation (4 items)
- Arrange for a diverse group of panelists to participate in the panel, ensuring representation of different cultural backgrounds.

- Prepare materials for students, including notebooks for reflections, and ensure audio/visual equipment is ready for presentations.
- Provide guidelines to students for respectful listening and question formulation to encourage empathetic communication.
