Individual Evidence-Based Reflection Essay
Students write a short essay explaining how fear and rumors shaped unfair choices in the Salem Witch Trials and how ideas from Wicked connect to the question of whether people are born wicked or made wicked. The essay must use specific historical evidence and at least one reference to a song, scene, or script element from Wicked.
Fairness Council Action Proposal and Podcast Episode
Teams create a proposal for a school fairness council and record a short podcast episode explaining a local fairness issue, the evidence behind it, and a restorative response. The product should combine historical connections, community perspectives, and a collaborative plan for action.
