The Challenge

Building a strong school culture in Kenya involves understanding and integrating diverse cultural practices and values to foster a respectful and collaborative environment. Key barriers include navigating cultural differences and establishing shared norms that resonate with all community members.
Challenge Question
How can we create a welcoming and inclusive school culture that celebrates diverse traditions and fosters respectful interactions among students and staff in Kenya?
