Individual Prom Budget and Performance-Readiness Portfolio
Each student creates an itemized budget proposal informed by stakeholder needs, explains spending trade-offs, evaluates healthful dance practices, and documents leadership, performance goals, peer feedback, and revisions. The portfolio supplies evidence and design ideas for the team plan.
Prom Budget Board and Prom Plan Preview Presentation
Teams combine and refine individual proposals into a stakeholder-informed budget board and shared plan for food, music, decorations, activities, and safe dance participation, remaining within the fixed budget. At Prom Plan Preview Night, students defend trade-offs, demonstrate shared leadership, respond to questions, and explain revisions made after the gallery walk.
