Community Leadership Investigation Portfolio and Reflection
Each student will document a focused inquiry question, leadership-style and personality analysis, interview questions, source and observation notes, evidence synthesis, limitations, and conclusions connected to CADA standards and the IB Learner Profile. A revised reflection will evaluate how personality, mood, tone, and word choice affected the leader’s effectiveness and the student’s own leadership and inquiry skills.
Evidence-Based Community Leader Profile Presentation
Teams will synthesize members’ investigations into a public profile that explains and defends conclusions about how a selected community leader solves problems and serves others, while addressing conflicting evidence or limitations. After peer and advisor revision, teams will present to classmates and prepare the work for possible exhibition to families and community partners at the Kennedy Expo.
