Each student creates a research portfolio based on booth photos, vendor clips, field trip observations, and a local vendor interview or coaching notes. The portfolio includes a bilingual sales script, a first-and-final role-play recording, and a reflection comparing growth in fluency, confidence, and audience awareness.
Mercado Vivo Expo Booth with Cultural Products, Market Display, and Live Sales Presentation
Teams design and run a swap-meet-style booth that sells culturally connected products and uses Spanish greetings, storytelling, and customer service roles to engage guests and families. The booth includes a shared problem statement, display signage or digital media, and a collaborative explanation of how user research shaped the final market experience.
