Learning Goals & Products

Learning Goals

1

Students will be able to investigate and annotate a chosen Moonlit Road ghost story transcript to identify story elements that create relatability, novelty, tension, and fluency.

2

Students will be able to define a problem statement from user feedback by distinguishing a storytelling problem from a solution and writing a How Might We question for their ghost story performance.

3

Students will be able to revise a ghost-story script by applying pacing, character motivation, and suspense techniques to improve audience engagement.

4

Students will be able to compare and apply 8-bar and 12-bar blues structures to remix a familiar song into a clear blues performance.

5

Students will be able to generate multiple prototype ideas and test one low-stakes performance version using peer feedback and at least one real user interaction.

6

Students will be able to justify artistic choices in a final ghost story performance and blues remix by explaining how audience needs and feedback shaped revisions.

Moonlit Road Ghost Story Research Script and Prototype Performance

Each student will submit an annotated transcript study, a How Might We statement, and a revised campfire script, then perform a short solo or paired prototype excerpt to show individual mastery. The product must show how user feedback changed the story for a real audience.
